Getting started is easy with three simple steps:
We understand that starting the process of making a change can feel overwhelming. Don’t struggle on your own. Reach out today.
We want to help you make a plan so you can get the help you need. We won’t judge you or pressure you to choose our program, we’ll just listen, provide some guidance on the next steps that could be right for you and answer any questions you may have.
How we can help YOU.
It can be difficult to encourage someone with a drug or alcohol problem to seek help and make a change. We understand.
Our years of experience providing recovery services have shown us that the best recovery results come to those who want to change and are well prepared to take on the challenges they will inevitably face on their journey to a healthier way of life. That’s why we don’t provide intervention-style services.
What we DO provide is the opportunity for you and/or your loved one to meet with one of our counsellors to discuss your situation in confidence, without judgement or any pressure to participate in our program. This free, confidential meeting helps us to point you and the person you care about in the direction of services that can help now and as they progress on their recovery journey.
Get in touch. We offer a number of contact options to suit you.
Look after yourself too. There are a number of local self-help groups for friends and family-members who are affected by someone’s addictive behaviours. You can find out about these services on our FAQs and Resources section. Our social media and blog posts can also be a source of ongoing support and information for you or someone you care about. It’s never too early or too late to take action and change your life for the better.
